The City of Troy, Mis- souri seeks qualifica- tions and proposals for the Guaranteed Energy Performance contract (ESPC) from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) with records of established projects involving the analysis, design, implementa- tion, or installation of energy conservation measures through Guaranteed Energy Performance con- tracts, and with the technical and manage- ment experience and capabilities to provide development, engi- neering, procurement, construction operation, maintenance and fi- nancing of energy and operation savings proj- ects and waste product minimization and/or reuse at the following city Facilities or a sub- set thereof as de- termined most effec- tive by the ESCO: Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant, Troy, MO Hwy 47 Wastewater Treatment Plant, Troy, MO Any other wastewater or reuse facility, waste- water/sanitary sewer collection system or infrastructure, which come under the direc- tion of the City of Troy.
