Crystal River, FL 34428 Bids will be received until 10:30 AM, on September 11, 2012. BIDS will be opened and read aloud on September 11, 2012 at 10:35 AM in the Council Chambers at Crystal River City Hall.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Perform all design/build services and furnish all necessary labor, equipment, material and transportation for the construction of the installation of new HVAC system for parts of City Hall.
The work includes, but it not limited to the Design/Build specifications listed in bid documents. Pre-Bid Meeting is mandatory for this project ALL BIDDERS must possess a valid state, local or federal license (if a license is required) to perform the work for which the BID is submitted and must be qualified for the type of work for which the BID is submitted. BIDDERS who do not possess the requisite minimum qualifications for this project shall be disqualified.
