The Scope of Work includes dismantling and removal of the boiler and all attached piping and equipment with the exception of the boiler water storage tank which be used with the new boiler. The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing all required permits and all equipment and personnel required to complete the project. A Request for Proposal and Project Drawings prepared by Con’eer Engineering are included as well as the MT Prevailing Wage Rate Schedules for Building Construction. An asbestos inspection has been done on the boiler room and equipment and the test results were negative so no asbestos is present; a copy of the report will be provided upon request.
