A mandatory site meeting will be conducted, commencing at the construction site of the Family Aquatic Centre – 400 block of Riverside Drive, Windsor, Ontario on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 TH, AT 2:00 P.M. (E.D.T.). A bid bond or certified cheque, payable to The Corporation of the City of Windsor, in the amount of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($ 75,000.00) shall be submitted with the tender. Specifications and drawings will be available on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 29 TH , 2012, for a $ 75.00 non-refundable fee at Purchasing Division, 400 City Hall Square, Suite 403, Windsor, Ontario, or e-mail: purchasing@city.windsor.on.ca
Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing ByLaw No. 93-2012.
