Notice is hereby given by the Township of Mount Olive that sealed bids will be received by the
Township Administrator on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 10:00AM prevailing time in the
Municipal Building, 204 Flanders-Drakestown Road, Budd Lake, NJ 07828 at which time and
place the sealed bids will be open publicly and read for the following:
BID# 17-2012 Design & Build HVAC System for Mount Olive Municipal Building
Obtaining Bid Document:
• Downloadable format, send email request to cstachnick@mtolivetwp.org
• In-person from the Administrator’s Office during the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM,
Monday through Friday.
• Regular Mail
• Federal Express/UPS
Submission of Bid:
All bids must be submitted on the bid proposal forms approved and provided for by the bid
specifications in order to be considered. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check,
cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percentum (10%) of the total amount of the bid,
but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, and made payable to the Township of
