The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Lower Southampton Township. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 9:00 AM at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building for questions concerning the specifications and bid documents.
