Southern Connecticut State University (“SCSU” or the “University”) is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to remove and replace the existing cooling tower at Lyman Hall with the same make and model to reduce piping modifications(base bid) or an Option 1 Remote Sump work (as per attached drawings). The replacement tower shall be completely constructed of stainless steel (refer to attached drawings for additional
requirements). Awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to complete this project.
