RFP Description:
This project will generally consist of furnishing and installing two (2) new 13 SEER 4-ton Air Conditioning condensing units along with two new evaporator coils Shoshone Sheriffs’ Trailers HVAC Installation Project Notice Inviting Bids and two new 4-ton indoor blower assemblies and control packages along with 2 new digital programmable 5+2 day thermostats and other necessary components. The work will convert two existing Coleman Model 7956C6856 cabinet heaters to heating and cooling. The work will also include minor 240 and 24 voltage electrical work, including the installation of a 2-pole, 30 amp 240 volt circuit breaker, conduits and wire. The installation proposed for this facility is more particularly described in the Plans and Project Special Provisions. All of the work shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations. Bids shall conform to and be responsive to the Contract Documents. Bids are required for the entire work described in the Contract Documents.
