This notice is for Solicitation No. VA-243-12-B-1920 - Project No. 561-10-101, Exterior Lighting 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018-1023. This shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220, and has a size standard of $33.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $1,000,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. Contractor shall completely prepare site for work for EXTERIOR LIGHTING UPGRADES, VAMC EAST ORANGE, NJ. Work shall include coordination with utility company to demolish and remove existing light poles, fixtures and overhead wiring. Furnish and install new light poles and fixtures mounted on existing concrete bases, new conductors installed within existing conduits throughout the site, new power panels, relays and lighting contactors within NEMA 3R enclosures mounted on existing concrete pads. Furnish and install new conduit and conductors within existing buildings and new branch breakers in existing panels as required by drawings and specifications. Need to install new light poles and fixtures. Need to install new conductors. New power panels, relays and lighting contactors.
