RC-CN-541-1213” shall be accepted by the Office of Procurement, 2020 Hampton
Street, Suite 3064, Columbia, SC 29204, (located on the third floor) until 2:00 pm local
time, September 25, 2012. Bids will not be accepted after the above date and time. A
mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 pm local time on September 11,
2012 in the large conference room number 4072 on the 4th floor at the same address as
above.
The work consists of: supply and installation of a new computer room unit to be located in the existing
building, auxiliary HVAC for the space, related roofing and related electrical work associated with
