RFP Description:
The Department of Public Works, County of Suffolk, is soliciting statements of qualifications and cost proposals from consultants to provide energy consulting services for natural gas procurements which the Suffolk County Department of Public Works and the other enrolled members may require during the period of time specified in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
Interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP by sending an E-mail request to: javed.ashraf@suffolkcountyny.gov indicating a return E-mail address to which the RFP will be forwarded in Adobe PDF format. Please also include complete name, address, federal identification number, telephone number and fax number for your organization with your request. Prospective respondents shall be aware of Suffolk County Local Law No. 4 – 1993, A Local Law To Promote Local Business For County Consulting Work (Section A4-13 of the Suffolk County Administration Code).
Respondents shall submit the requested qualifications and proposal information no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 11, 2012.
