Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform required preventive maintenance on the HVAC and Energy Management & Control systems as shown in Appendices C, D and E. The Contractor shall also provide Business Day and Emergency repair services to the equipment listed in Appendices C and D within the time frames stated in the Contract. This work is located at the Department's Region 3 Headquarters located at 21 South Putt Corners Road, New Paltz, N.Y. 12561. Sealed bids will be received by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Bureau of Procurement and Expenditures, 625 Broadway, 10th Floor, Albany, NY 12233-5027, attn. William Herman until 11:00 a.m. on September 19, 2012. Drawings, specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Bureau of Maintenance and Technical Services, 625 Broadway, 3rd Floor, Albany, NY 12233-5254, Phone (518)402-9118. The drawings, specifications and proposal will be in mailed on a Compact disk (CD). No hard copies will be mailed. Bids will be accepted only from bidders who obtain contract documents directly from the Department. All bids must be made on the official bid form and enclosed in the envelope furnished with the contract documents. For bids over $10,000, The Apparent Low Bidder will be required to submit a completed Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire within 24 hours of being notified that they are the Apparent Low Bidder. Pursuant to State Finance Law, ??139-j and 139-k, this Invitation For Bid (IFB) includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Officers during the procurement process.
