Gary Sanitary District (GSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in the development and management of Renewable Energy Technologies to Process Municipal Solid and Sewage Treatment Waste in the City of Gary, Indiana. The GSD is open to considering a renewable energy facility within the City of Gary to receive and convert waste generated within the City limits and from external sources. Qualification submittals are due on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 no later than 12:00PM (Noon) to Tamra Clark at 3600 W. 3rd Ave., Gary, IN. A Conference Call telephone number will be made available by request to all parties wishing to participate in the Pre-Submittal Conference, which is scheduled for August 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at GSD, 3600 W. 3rd Ave., Gary, IN.
