Frederick County, Maryland, (hereinafter called the “County”), is seeking proposals from
qualified firms (hereinafter called “Contractor”) to perform home energy audits and energy
efficiency retrofits for the Power Saver Retrofits Program.
If qualifying proposals are received, two contracts will be awarded and the selected contractors
will each be assigned a portion of homes on a rotating basis, totaling 85 homes, 2600 square feet
or less in size.
