Phoenixville Area School District is rebidding the Phoenixville Public Library HVAC Equipment Replacement Project and will receive sealed bids at the Phoenixville Area School District, District Administration Office, 386 City Line Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460 attention of Mr. Stanley Johnson, Executive Director of Operations until 2:00 PM, prevailing local time, Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after specified closing time, in the District Administration Office conference room. Bidders are required to secure a complete set of bidding documents for all contracts. A complete set of bidding documents may be secured only at the offices of Snyder Hoffman Associates, 1005 West Lehigh Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 (Phone: 610-694-8020). A deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required for each complete set of Contract Documents. The set shall be non refundable to prime bidders only in accordance with the instructions to bidders. An additional non-refundable fifty dollars ($50.00) fee will be required per set if the documents are to be mailed to the bidder. The deposit shall not be refundable for bidders who do not bid the project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of Phoenixville Area School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. The right to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved for Phoenixville Area School District.
