Sealed tenders clearly marked as to contents shall be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Tuesday, June 12, 2012 for: The construction of the Computer room Cooling Unit Replacement including the complete supply of all materials, labour, plant and other equipment Tenders may be obtained between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Procurement & Supply Services, 4th Floor, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 4J3. Payment in the form of cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Debit in the amount of thirty dollars ($30.00 H.S.T. included) is required for each set of documents. Payments are non-refundable. Please note: you must register as a bidder in order to ensure notification of any addenda issued. A certified cheque or bid bond not less than the amount specified in the tender and bonding requirements must accompany each tender. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance and labour and materials bond upon execution of the contract agreement. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at 200 Maple Grove Road, Cambridge ON inside the main entrance. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will forfeit the contractor’s right to submit a bid.
