Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with this Scope of Work, with the exception of items noted herein. The intent of this project is to: Line Item 1a: Remove the existing 16 globe lights, bases, and electrical infrastructure situated in the lawn on three sides (north, east, south) of the Federal Office Building (FOB). Line Item 1b: Provide six new light fixtures to flank the two staircases on the south side and one staircase on the north side of the building Line Item 2: Provide façade lighting on the front (east) façade of the building.
