The Onondaga County Division of Purchase, State of New York, Herein called the Owner, will receive sealed bids based upon Contract Documents prepared by Argus Engineering, PLLC, 247 West Fayette Street, Syracuse, New York. The Onondaga County Division of Purchase will receive bids until 2:00 PM local time on June 11, 2012. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Onondaga County Division of Purchase, John H. Mulroy Civic Center, 421 Montgomery Street, Syracuse, NY at 2:00 PM, June 11, 2012. All interested parties are invited to attend. Plans and Specifications are available at the office of Plan and Print Systems Inc., 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13211. A deposit of $100.00 is required (checks only). Make checks payable to Onondaga County. Bidders must return the plans and specs within 30 days of the award to have their deposit returned. Unclaimed deposits will be forwarded to the Division of Purchase within 45 days after the bid opening. Plans and Specs are available for inspection at the office of the Engineer, Onondaga County Division of Purchase, 421 Montgomery Street, 13th Floor, Syracuse, New York, the Syracuse Builders Exchange and F.W. Dodge McGraw Hill Information Services Company. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractors and Subcontractors to comply with New York State statutory requirements as fully outlined in the Instructions to Bidders and the Supplementary General Conditions. A 5% Bid Security is required for this Project. Refer to AIA Document A701-1987 Paragraph 4.2.
