The Senatobia Housing Authority, Senatobia, MS will receive bids for their 2012 Heating and Air Conditioning Replacement at Project MS 090-002. Bids from Contractors will be received at the Management Office of the Senatobia Housing Authority at 100 Scotsdale Street, Senatobia, MS, until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and Drawings can be viewed in the office of Jones-Zander, Ltd., Architecture Engineering; 91 Sunset Drive, Suite C, Grenada, Mississippi 38901. Bid documents are being made available via a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Plan House Printing at (662)407-0193. The non-refundable deposit is $50.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and the words 2012 Heating and Air Conditioning Replacement At Project MS 090-002 and Bid Documents clearly written on the outside of the bid envelope. All bid envelopes shall contain, on the exterior side, the Contractors Certificate of Responsibility number. No modifications on exterior of envelope without proper signature. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date set for the opening thereof, and each bidder must comply with the laws of the State of Mississippi and all local laws relative to the performance of said work. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of this Invitation for Bids.
