Installation shall include but not limited to: all necessary ductwork, electrical, piping, drains, curbs, new programmable multistage thermostat, structural engineering for roof opening and supports and all necessary structural beams and supports as required by a licensed structural engineer, start-up testing and balancing,. The unit shall be of the same manufacturer as the other existing roof top units (Carrier). This requirement is being awarded under FAR Part 13 and will result in issuance of a purchase order.
