The proposal is to furnish complete services and equipment for installation of gas furnace with air conditioning required as part of the modernization project. A General Construction Contract will be received as follows: The Contractor shall provide all Mechanical Heating, cooling and ventilation equipment, tools, machinery, apparatus, labor, materials, and services necessary to complete all work required in approximately 30 apartment units. The contract will also include all fees, license and permits for the installation of this system. All proposals from Licensed Mechanical Contractors including MBE/WBE Mechanical Contractors will be accepted. Proposal packages are available by calling (919) 735-4226 Ext. 122. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities.
