RFI Description:
The Board of Education of Harford County Public Schools requests qualifications from
interested teams to provide full mechanical engineering services for North Harford
Elemementary School. Selection and ranking shall be based on team composition,
Maryland public school experience, project suitability, and negotiated fee. This proposed
project scope will consist of comprehensive HVAC renovations, upgrades including
electrical service equipment replacement, structural as necessary to support replacement
equipment and architectural to the extent to repair and match existing conditions. The
successful team will be contracted to perform a comprehensive scope, provide a
preliminary project budget, coordinate with the Facilities Management Department,
school administrative personnel to develop minimum equipment standards, components,
project phasing, sequence and full design services.
Interested teams should submit six (6) copies of SF254, SF255 or equivalent government
accepted standard forms and other data relevant to prior Maryland Public School design
