Representative who is a Registered Professional Engineer in
the state of North Carolina to perform the following
services in support of our Energy Savings Performance
Contract (ESPC).
Basic services include an Investment Grade Audit (IGA)
Review; Advisory role in contract negotiations. Provide or
assist in securing third party Measurement and Verification.
Provide additional assistance in the design, contractual
structure, implementation, and management of the ESPC, per
