Bids must be physically time stamped and turned in by 2:00 pm Legally Prevailing Time in Athens, Georgia on June 20, 2012 for the construction of: Furnish and Install HVAC Replacement for Lustrat House (Bldg. No. 0632) Bid No. 29375827 for The University of Georgia, Physical Plant Division located in Athens, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced. All Addenda for this project will be located exclusively on the Georgia Procurement Registry. Bidders are cautioned that acquisition of Bidding Documents through any other source is not advisable. Acquisition of Bidding Documents from unauthorized sources places the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information upon which to base a bid.
