THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. VISN 5 Network Contracting anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract for Project No. 512-12-208, Interior Lighting Upgrade, at the VA Maryland Health Care System at the Loch Raven VA Community Living and Rehabilitation Center, 3900 Loch Raven Boulevard; Baltimore, Maryland 21218. Contractor will be responsible to provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to upgrade specific light fixtures and the addition of occupancy, vacancy, and photocell controls to various areas of the buildings on campus. Occupancy sensors and/or vacancy sensors shall be selected, designed for appropriate placement, and installed in various areas. Work will include, but not be limited to, design, demolition, architectural construction, electrical and all other required work. All work shall conform to all VA, Federal, State, and local codes and electrical codes.
