Richland County School District One will receive sealed bids for Olympia Central
Kitchen HVAC Equipment Replacements, until 11:00 am on Monday, June 4, 2012, at
the Conference Room, Central Services Facility, 201 Park Street, Columbia, South
Carolina 29201. Bids received after that time will not be accepted.
Bidding documents will be available for inspection by interested bidders at the Office of
Felkel & Hastings Mechanical Engineers, 2725 Cypress St., Columbia, SC 29205; plans
rooms of F.W. Dodge and AGC Columbia, SC.
A copy of the bidding documents may be obtained from Felkel& Hastings Mechanical
Engineers, 2725 Cypress Street, Columbia, SC 29205 (1-803-771-0185) upon deposit
of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per package. Deposit checks shall be made payable to
Richland County School District One. Deposit will be refunded upon return of the
documents in good condition within ten (10) days after opening bids.
Bids will be binding for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date bids are
opened. All bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than
five percent (5%) of base bid. Performance bond and labor and material payment bond
in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of contract amount will be required of the
