Greenwood Public School District Greenwood High School Gymnasium Air-Conditioning Greenwood, Mississippi Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees, Greenwood Public School District, in the Conference Room, Administration Building, 401 Howard Street, Greenwood, Mississippi, on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. for the following: Greenwood High School Gymnasium Air Conditioning Plans and specifications may be obtained from Beard + Riser Architects at a refundable cost of $75 per set. Beard + Riser Architects PLLC, 201 Main Street, Greenwood, Mississippi 38930, Phone 662.455.2581. Principal items of work include providing materials, equipment and labor to install (2) 25-ton air conditioning units and curb to an existing rooftop, fixed spiral ductwork, installation of electrical panel, wiring, and components, and all other work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. The Greenwood Public School District Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities whenever rejection is in the best interest of the owner.
