Contractors may obtain plans and specifications from the Consultant, Harbor Architects, 504 South F Street, Aberdeen, WA 98520, telephone (360) 532-0980, fax (360) 532-0996, email: contact@harborarchitects.com upon the deposit of $100.00. Plans must be returned in good condition within seven (7) days following bid date to obtain a refund of deposit. After seven days no refunds will be made. To view drawings and specifications on the internet, go to https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/apps/BidCal/default.aspx. Plans may also be viewed through Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc., at http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/pub/129.html . (Bidders are encouraged to “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of addenda and to be placed on the “Bidders List”.) Plans and specifications may also be viewed at the following plan centers: Builders Exchange of Washington, Everett; McGraw Hill Plan Center, Seattle; Olympia Plan Service, Olympia; Olympic Peninsula Plan Center, Bremerton.

Please direct questions regarding this project to the office of the Consultant. Within 24 hours following the bid opening, results will be available on E&A Services’ web site at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/apps/BidResults/default.aspx, or by calling E&A Services at (360) 902-7272 to receive a fax copy.

The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Grays Harbor County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The “Effective Date” for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website located at https://fortress.wa.gov/lni/wagelookup/prvWagelookup.aspx.

Upon request, the Owner will mail a hard copy of the applicable prevailing wages for this project. Please contact the Department of Enterprise Services, Engineering and Architectural Services at (360) 902-7272 or easmail@ga.wa.gov if you need to request a hard copy.

Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 6% WBE have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. Bidders may contact the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.

The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
