The purpose of this Request for Bid is to inform potential respondents of a bid opportunity for the provision of two (2) Lochinvar Knight XL 400 Condensing Heating Boilers and their installation at the Cole County Courthouse Annex, 311, East High Street, Jefferson City, MO. The County is inviting qualified businesses to submit a response to the specifications outlined herein. It is the intent of the County to award the contract to a company that will additionally provide, for a period of One Year from the date of final acceptance from the County Maintenance Derector, quarterly equipment checks which shall include the addition of chemicals as necessary.
