Ferguson-Florissant School District is seeking proposals from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) which are capable of providing targeted energy-related capital improvement services, specifically lighting upgrades to bring the district into compliance with federally mandated energy conservation standards. District is interested in contracting for lighting upgrades (hereinafter referred to as the project), to be delivered on a performance contracting basis. The District's objective in issuing this Request for Proposals is to provide a competitive means to select a provider to fulfill all aspects of this project. The project shall include all necessary upgrades in accordance with the applicable codes and regulations. Proposals will be received by the Ferguson-Florissant School District, 7469 Mintert Industrial Drive, Florissant, Missouri 63135 until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, May 21, 2012.
