The Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) is accepting bids on behalf of the Trustees of the Village of Enosburg Falls from contractors certified by the Building Performance Institute to complete work summarized in the Scope of Services described in the attachment. The Village of Enosburg Falls Pump House #1 was constructed in 1949 and is a concrete structure with a concrete slab foundation and a partial slab floor. The Village of Enosburg Falls Pump House #2 was constructed in approximately 1952 and is a brick structure with a concrete slab foundation and a partial slab floor. A contract awarded under this Invitation to Bid will be funded by the NRPC’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy under award #DE-RW0000266 through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
