General Requirements and Information Mifflin County School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications in relation to General Energy Performance Contracting Services for the Mifflin County School District?s Indian Valley Elementary School Renovation Project which, upon review and evaluation by Mifflin County School District and its Consultants, will result in the selection of several qualified firms being short-listed for purpose of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Guaranteed Savings/Shared Savings in relation to the School District?s Indian Valley Elementary School Renovation Project. Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ)/Request for Proposals (RFP) and instructions and the requirements/specifications in relation thereto are available upon request made to Mr. Sean A. Daubert, Chief Financial Officer, 201 Eighth Street, Highland Park, Lewistown, PA 17044. Three (3) bound copies of the Qualification Statements, in accord with the instructions, requirements/specifications, must be received in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Mifflin County School District Administrative Offices, located at 201 Eighth Street, Highland Park, Lewistown, PA 17044, by 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Subsequent to request and review of the short-listed firms? proposals in accord with the requirements/specifications, Mifflin County School District will select a single qualified provider, taking into consideration price and all evaluation factors, for contract negotiation and, thereafter, to provide General Energy Performance Contracting Services for the Mifflin County School District?s Indian Valley Elementary School Renovation Project. It is required that if a contract is entered into as a result of the RFQ/RFP, it will be a Guaranteed Energy Services Performance Contract in accordance with 62 Pa C.S.A. Section 3751 et seq. Contract negotiations may be undertaken with the qualified provider whose understanding, qualifications, experience, technical approach, design concept, and financial terms show them to be qualified, responsible and capable of performing the services. The Mifflin County School District reserves the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualification and, thereafter, any Proposals, and to waive any irregularities in relation thereto. This RFQ/RFP request does not commit Mifflin County School District to award any contract, pay any cost incurred in preparing a response, or procure or contract for any services.
