The furnishing and delivery of Ocean County Justice Complex HVAC and Roof Replacement for the County Of Ocean, will be received by the Director of Purchasing of the County of Ocean at the Administration Building, 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey, on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 11:00 A.M., prevailing time.
Specifications and plans or any additional information may be obtained at the office of the engineer, T&M Associates, 11 Tindall Road, Middletown, NJ 07748, 732-671-6400 during regular business hours, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday upon proper notice and payment of Non-refundable fee of $150.00 per set (cash, certified check or money order). If bidding documents are to be mailed, the Engineer must receive a Federal Express, UPS or Express Mail account number for mailing along with complete street address, phone and fax numbers, a $25 handling charge and the $150.00 per set for the Contract Documents payable to the Engineer (cash, certified check or money order) prior to mailing. Specifications are also on file, for viewing purposes only, in the Department of Purchasing, Room #224, Administration Building, 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) and P.L. 1997, c.408 (N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-16).
