The Board of Education and the Town of Tolland will receive Requests for Proposals from Energy Services Companies (ESCO) to conduct investment grade energy, water, and wastewater use audits of the Board of Education and Town facilities leading to implementation of an Energy Savings Performance Contract. The ESCO will identify and implement building improvements to reduce energy and related costs to Board of Education and Town facilities, so that the annual cost savings in excess of payments to the Contractor resulting from improvements are applied to the annual payments of the cost of the improvements. Request for Proposals are due on Tuesday, June 12, by 4:00 p.m., at the Office of the Town Manager, Town of Tolland, Tolland Town Hall, 21 Tolland Green, Tolland, Connecticut, 06084.
