The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated project, including but not limited to, all project management, field supervision and contract administration. The general description of the building and site improvements to be done hereunder consists of but is not limited to:
Replace existing 10 ton rooftop air conditioning unit serving the kitchen with a new 12 ton rooftop unit. Revise ductwork and controls so that men’s and women’s toilet rooms are removed from the unit serving the kitchen and added to AC-12 which serves miscellaneous areas. Provide new VVT controller and thermostat for the toilet rooms. Rebalance diffusers in the kitchen for the new CFM’s. Add a new down discharge Captive Aire PSP Accessory onto existing kitchen hood. Modify existing make-up air ductwork which is presently connected to the top of the existing hood, so that it connects to the top of the new PSP accessory.
