The project includes installing insulation in the attic ceiling space. This space is the area
above the top floor and below the roof structure of the following three City owned
buildings:
1. Bisbee City Hall – 118 Arizona Street, Bisbee, AZ 85603
Option A: Install 10” of R-38 Insulation in approximately 5400 square feet.
Option B: Install 8” of R-30 Insulation in approximately 5400 square feet.
2. Bisbee Public Works Administration Building – 404 Bisbee Road, Bisbee, AZ
85603
Option A: Install 10” of R-38 Insulation in approximately 2450 square feet.
Option B: Install 8” of R-30 Insulation in approximately 2450 square feet.
3. Bisbee Copper Queen Library – 6 Main Street, Bisbee, AZ 85603
Option A: Install 13” of R-49 Insulation in approximately 5088 square feet.
Option B: Install 8” of R-30 Insulation in approximately 5088 square feet.
Option C: Install 10” of R-38 Insulation in approximately 5088 square feet.
