The Alabama State Port Authority McDuffie Terminal will be accepting bids on the following OR
APPROVED EQUAL to include LABOR, MATERIAL, INSURANCE, & INCIDENTALS necessary
for installation. Installation will conform to all rules, regulations and codes of the State of Alabama
Electrical license and code book:
Two ea. (2) New Carrier 5 Ton Heat Pumps, Single Compressor 460V 3phase Condensing Units
208V 1 phase Air Handlers with 12K Heat Strips. OR APPROVED EQUAL.
Unit is for Zone 1 (A-Conference/Training Room) and will feed adjoining areas (B & C) as
referenced on the enclosed drawing.
One (1) New Mitsibushi Minisplit 4 Ton COMMERCIAL High Wall Mount Model PUMY-P48NHMU
Ductless System with the following features:
Single condenser, dual wall mounted evaporators Model PKFY-P24NKMU-E
Heat Pump.
Thermostats #PAR-30MAAU
Power Requirements 280V / 1ph / 60hz
OR APPROVED EQUAL (For Camera Room)
Installation of units to be inclusive of all connecting duct work to existing duct system
