Notice is hereby given that written bids will be received by City of Everett Purchasing Office,
3200 Cedar Street #6, Everett WA 98201, for HVAC REPLACEMENT – FIRE ADMIN
COMPLEX. All bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 25, 2012.
SMALL WORKS ROSTER REQUIREMENT
This Invitation to Bid is being issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the
use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who have filled out an
application to be on the roster and have been accepted may submit bids. If you did not receive
this solicitation notice directly from the City of Everett, you may not be eligible to bid.
Contractors must be signed up for the new City of Everett’s Small Works Roster online at
MRSCROSTERS.ORG to be eligible to bid.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The work of project consists of the replacement of four (4) roof top HVAC units and curbs; installation
of natural gas and electrical service to each HVAC unit; installation of ductwork as required to connect
each HVAC unit to existing ductwork and coordination of installation of the HVAC units with work
under separate contracts.
Budget estimate $40,000
