Bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Cincinnati City School District of the City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (the “School District Board”), at the Purchasing Office of the Board of Education, Third Floor, Education Center, 2651 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219 for the following Project: Hyde Park Elementary/Gamble Montessori/Taft Elementary Owner Furnished Equipment Package
BP #1a –Heat Pumps, Water Source, Water to Water. Any Proposed Equal for a Standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. If no Addendum is issued accepting the Proposed Equal, the Proposed Equal shall be considered rejected. All questions need to be sent to Architect and copy the Construction Manager.
