Furnish the necessary supervision , labor, tools, equipment and materials to complete the required work. Obtain required permits. Provide for landfill and hauling fees. All building and salvage materials to become property of Contractor. Remove the existing main HVAC system consisting of two main 5 ton outside HVAC units and two 100,000 BTU gas furnaces located in the upstairs of the building, and replace/install new system .
