Include an economizer as required by Maine State energy code and a smoke detector as required by the fire code. Include 7-day programmable thermostat inside the building for control of unit. Removal and disposal of exiting unit. Removal of current “dog house” structure on roof, ducting new unit directly into building. Supply new duct transitions with water proof insulation between the unit entry into building. Provide new flashing to existing rubber membrane roof, as necessary. Furnish all crane and rigging work and any roof modifications required.
