Sealed bids for demolition and replacement of two (2) hot water boilers will be received at the Gregory J. Bielawski Municipal Center, 500 N. Gary Avenue, Carol Stream, Illinois until 10:30 am Tuesday, September 25, 2012. Bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter by the Office of the Village Manager. Bid specification packets are available from the Office of the Village Manager located at the Gregory J. Bielawski Municipal Center. All bids must be sealed and identified as "Boiler Replacement" on the outside of an opaque envelope. The Village of Carol Stream reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities. Appointments to view said work will be available September 17th and 18th, 2012 at 10:00 am.
