Sealed proposals will be received until October 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. local time (the “Due Date”) by the Owner, at the Imlay City Community Schools Administrative Offices, 634 Borland, MI 48444. At this time, the Owner, or its designee, will open and read aloud each proposal received on or before the Due Date. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. The Owner will not accept or consider any proposals received after the Due Date. Label the sealed bid envelope as follows: Sealed bid for Imlay City High School Condensing Unit Replacement/ New Chiller Installation.
Sealed Envelope must include 2 copies of the completed Form of Proposal (section 00 4000) and a Bid Bond.
Any questions should be directed to the Architect’s office.Available to qualified General Contract bidders on September 20, 2012 at
the offices of French Associates, Inc. Documents may be obtained upon receipt of a refundable $50.00 fee per set of bidding documents, in the form of cash or check made payable to French Associates, Inc. Contractor will be issued not more than (2) sets of bidding documents. Sub-contractors will be required to obtain documents from prospective General Contract bidders or the plan rooms listed below. If it is necessary to ship documents, there will be a non-refundable shipping charge of $30.00 payable by separate check to French Associates, Inc.
