The bids will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time for Contract #264-12P - Air Conditioning Unit Replacement at City Hall, for the City of New Brunswick. The work will be in accordance with the specifications prepared by LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. and adopted by the City Council of the City of New Brunswick, NJ which specifications are now on file in the City Engineer's Office, 25 Kirkpatrick Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 where they may be seen or procured by bidders for a non-refundable fee of thirty-five ($35) dollars. Each bidder is required to bid on only a fixed price, which will be maintained throughout the contract.
