SIGN SHOP HVAC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION DATE: 26 Calendar Days
Cost of Contract Documents: $32.50
Kent County. The improvements consist of furnishing all materials for 1. Removal and replacement of the existing on-grade mounted packaged DX unit(AHU-6) located just outside 2. Removal and replacement of an existing roof mounted exhaust fan (EF-3) and modification of the associated exhausted ductwork. 3. Modification of the outside air intake for on-grade mounted H&V units (MAU-1 & 2) as well as for the new DX unit (AHU-6). 4. Modifications to the existing system controls for variable volume terminals (VAV-1 & VAV-2) as well as complete controls for the replacement packed 100% outside air unit., and other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer.
