Bids must be in the actual possession of Tarrant Regional Water District prior to the exact time and date indicated in this Request. Any bid received after the foresaid time,
will be returned unopened. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 17th, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Waxahachie Pump Station located at 2400 North Highway 77, Waxahachie, Texas 75165 to discuss the requirements of the Contract Documents and to allow Respondents an opportunity
to examine site conditions.
