12:00 o’clock noon, local time, Tuesday, October 2, 2012 for a: GARAGE HEATING UPGRADE FOR THE NO. 1 FIRE STATION.
A public opening of these tenders will be held on the same day in the Steelton Room, Level 3, Civic Centre, commencing 3:00 p.m., local time. Tender forms, specifications and drawings can be viewed at the Sault Ste. Marie Construction Association, or may be picked up at the office of NOR MECH ENGINEERING INC., 1141 Old Garden River Road, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. There will be a Non-Mandatory site meeting and walk-through for all Contractors on Tuesday September 25, 2012 at 1:30 p.m., local time. All technical questions regarding this tender should be addressed to NOR MECH ENGINEERING INC. A tender security deposit in the form of a certified cheque or a Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000, made payable to the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie, must accompany each tender. A 50% Performance Security will be required of the successful bidder. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
