BID#TD35A-SY11 The bidders are requested to submit in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18(b)(2) one Lump Sum Bid for all the work and materials. Drawings, Specifications and other documents constituting the Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the office of Garrison Architects, 406 Lippincott Drive, Suite M, Marlton, New Jersey 08053 (856) 396-6200 ext. 0 or Garrison Architects, 130 Presidential Boulevard, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania 19004 (610) 668-1880 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.. The Contract Documents may be purchased at any of the above offices for the NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of $125.00 (One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars) made payable to Garrison Architects. If Shipping of Bid Documents is required bidders may provide their direct shipping account number to Garrison Architects or include a non-refundable $50.00 mailing fee.
