BID PARK OF RIVER OAKS CONDO ASSOCIATION 1B HVAC REPLACEMENT Park of River Oaks Condo Association 1B is requesting interested HVAC firms to submit qualifications demonstrating their ability to provide services to Park of River Oaks Condo Association 1B for an HVAC replacement at the Park of River Oaks Condo Association 1B in Calumet City, IL. The project funding has been secured by the Cook County Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG), funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The EECBG program is subject to the rules and regulations of the Energy Independence and Security Act and ARRA. The Park of River Oaks Condo Association 1B, 150 Park Ave., Calumet City, IL 60409, will accept bids until 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 28th, 2012. Proposals will be acted upon by the Condo Association at the next regular meeting. The Proposed work is called: "Condo Association 1B HVAC Replacement Project" located at 150 Park Ave., Calumet City, IL 60409. The Proposal and Contract Documents may be picked up at the Park of River Oaks Condo Association 1A Administrative Offices located at 200 Park Ave., Suite 724, Calumet City, IL 60409, Monday - Thursday from 9:00a.m. until 5:00p.m., the office is closed on Fridays after noon.
