City of Westbro PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID City of Westbrook, Maine Westbrook, Maine WALKER MEMORIAL LIBRARY HVAC UPGRADES Sealed bids for the Walker Memorial Library HVAC Upgrades will be received by the City of Westbrook City Clerk at City Hall, 2 York Street, Westbrook, ME 04092 until 1 pm local time, June 26, 2012 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single sealed envelope, the outside of which must be clearly marked "Walker Memorial Library HVAC Upgrades". The Work involves but is not limited to the replacement of the existing steam heating system and the addition of central ventilation and air conditioning in the historic portion of the Walker Memorial Library at 800 Main Street in Westbrook, Maine. A required pre-bid walkthrough of the site is scheduled for Monday June 18, 2012 at 9 am. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following location: 1. City of Westbrook, 2 York Street, Westbrook, ME 04092; Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained from the City of Westbrook, 2 York Street, Westbrook, ME 04092, ATTN: Eric Dudley, upon payment of a fee of $100.00 per set. Partial sets will not be distributed. All requests for mailed documents must be accompanied by an additional non-refundable fee of $20.00 to cover postage and handling.
